Project Goal : To explain the importance of the 5th Amendment of the U.S Constitution and provide a lesson plant that shows examples of a case that violate or protect one's 5th Amendment.

In order to accomplish the project's goal, my team and I presented a well organized and easy to understand presentation that explains the details of the 5th Amendment. We also chose 2 cases that further explained the amendment and were easy to acknowledge. We demonstrated an activity at the end of the presentation were we created a scenario and provided 2 questions for each group to decipher whether or not the question violated or protected one's 5th Amendment. The activity certainly showed is the group understood the concept or not.

To create a better a better outcome I believe our group could have gone into more depth on the cases to provide more details on how the Amendment was protected or violated.

I believe this project can be improved in the future by having the first 5 Amendments thoroughly explained to the class as a whole. The most enjoyable part of the project was providing our activity to each group and making sure they fully understood the concept in a real life situation.
