The Essentials began business in November of 2015 and gained such a dynamic and industrious team along the way. Chloe Harris and Kyle Cannon started as project managers for the Essentials and from there, their work ethic and previous skills they soon became CRO and CMO of the Esssentials. Bella Manning has been a part of the Essentials team as our CIO before the company had even hit the market. She earned the job through her management, organzation skills, and many intervews with our CEO, Lindsey Bautzer. Lindsey oversees each and every potential team memember for the Essentials and makes sure the company is always doing our absoulte best. Our CFO, Carson Cole has been managing the finances for the Essentials since December of 2015 and has ensured our business and its finances.

MARKETING &

ADVERTISING

The Essentials has formulated a system for advertising the Naturals Collection through two different social media brands. Our team has also designed a page for the new collection to be added to Primal Elements seasonal catalogues. We decided that improvements to Primal Elements Instagram would gain a younger costomer base with the ages of thirteen to eighteen. For $1 a day, the Naturals Collection would also earn an ad in the ever most popular site of Facebook. The Essentials has also looked into a company Primal Elements uses to sell their products, but at a more affordable price. Selling the Naturals Collection through the company, HSN would be very beneficial as well. Lastly, having a page made specifically for the Naturals Collection to be put in Primal Elements seasonal catalogue would inform buyers on what exactly the product line is and reasons why they should purchase from the

Vast developments in the spa industry are advancing Primal Elements to reinforce their spa line. In this proposal a new product for Primal Elements is a contemporary spa facemask line, The Naturals Collection, including Lavender-Vanilla, Avocado Oil, Almond and Honey, and Orange Zest. The benefits of the facemasks are that they are moisturizing, relaxing, mild on the skin, and the scents can be sold all year-round, opening Primal Elements target market to both men and women. Satisfying responses from our survey proves our facemask line will be a successful and valuable addition for Primal Elements Spa products.
